All purchases are non refundable.

We are unable to accept any returns due to change of mind.

If for any reason you have received an incorrect or defective item(s) from us, please do not hesitate to send us a snapshot showing the incorrect or defective item(s) to contact.sgbabycare@gmail.com within 3 working days from the date you received. Upon review, we will arrange for an exchange within 7 working days.

To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item(s) must be in the original packaging.

All exchanges are subjected to availability. If the item(s) is/are unavailable, we will provide store credits for your next purchase.
